Good Golly Miss Molly, Are You Getting Enough Sleep?

The National Sleep Foundation just released a "scientifically rigorous update" to its sleep duration recommendations.

The recommendations, published in the journal Sleep Health, suggest optimum sleep durations for different age groups. Of course there is significant inter-individual variability in sleep duration; so some deviation from the recommended may not be abnormal. However, a significant deviation may merit a closer evaluation.
